Adoption Application

Fawn's does not have a general adoption application. We ask that you review the Adoptable Dogs and select one or more to apply for through the adoption application.

Due to space, we cannot keep applications on file except for approved applicants.

  • If one or more people are approved for the same dog, the foster makes the decision that is best for the dog.

  • We keep approved applicants on file for 3 months, we may reach out if we believe we have another foster dog who is a good fit for you.

  • If it has been longer than 3 months, please fill out another application.

 

Each dog is different with unique needs, we have a comment section as a part of the adoption application. Stand out applications often use this space to expand on why they are good potential adopters based on the dogs specific needs.

 

If you are applying for more than one dog, let us know your preference. If you are interested in adopting more than one dog, let us know in the comments section.
