Pixie Dust heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines, and fixed. She is acclimating beautifully in her foster home. She is a sweetheart who loves to be around people and other dogs. When she sees food near she does an excited dance. Miss Pixie is very observant and loves to watch the world from the back of the couch.

Like many dogs with her background, Miss Pixie is not leash trained. Despite her curious nature, she seems somewhat scared of it. While she occasionally misses, she is doing well on her potty pad training. So far her foster has not been able to persuade her to go potty outside.

Pixie Dust will need a patient and understanding adopter. Her ideal home would include one or more confident dog siblings who can lead by example. Due to her size, we believe she would do best in an adult only home, however, we would consider families with dog-savvy teens.

Pixie Dust arrived in the second group of 15 dogs. A total of 25 dogs were surrendered to Fawn's as a part of a hoarding situation over two weekend in January.
